The name lists repeat in 6-year cycles. Olaf and Ana were on their respective 
lists the last time they were used (2015), but Elsa is a new addition. (It 
replaces Erika, retired after its namesake was particularly damaging to the 
island of Dominica in 2015.)

There's another recently-relevant Disney (okay, Marvel) character name on the 
Atlantic list this year: Wanda.
