I have no interest in reading this book, no interest in reading about this book, no interest in hearing her talk about the book.
I do have some interest in how the book will do in the marketplace. From what I could tell (seems like it used to be easier to find this info) the book is #9 on Amazon this week. I suppose Top Ten is good enough to justify publishing the book (not sure how much she was paid). I was Team Jane Pauley, but Couric was competent enough in her Today role. She earned my enmity when it became clear she and her bosses had conflated morning infotainment popularity with hard news credibility, which eventually flowered into the Peter Principle disaster that was her CBS experience.
