I’m sure a bunch of realtors in the Valley are salivating, but there is such a 
demand for studio space in L.A. that I wouldn’t hold your breath looking toward 
any residential conversions. (The former Warner Bros. ranch in Burbank once 
seemed like an obvious spot for a residential development, since it’s basically 
in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but the current owners are 
expanding its studio space as best they can.)
