We watched the first two episodes last night. I laughed audibly three times I think. That's enough for me to continue. If you watch, just know that the Pilot really is the introduction of the characters. Second episode develops them a bit more. Oh, and just ignore the implausibility of a 20/30-something owning a bar in NYC (there is no mention of family money).
As for Hilary.... she plays the same character she always plays. Same as in Younger. Same as in Lizzie. It's like she's become the Dwayne The Rock Johnson of girl comedy. I'm looking forward to the other characters being developed and will likely overtake Hilary in the category of "why I watch the show".
