Sources tell Nellie as such. S3 hasn't been sent out yet. Krasinski had
planned for four seasons from jump. Michael Peña ("Narcos," *Tom & Jerry*)
will be added in S3's final episode apparently as Ding Chavez, and continue
in S4 before presumably being spun off into his own series.
