Oh, it still matters.  The misconduct VKM is accused of happened on company 
time, in his position as CEO (and possibly Chairman - not sure how many of 
the accusations occurred after WWE went public), so even though he's no 
longer working for WWE, he's exposed the company to severe legal liability.
