Rob wants to blame his politics for his lack of a career, even though he
hasn’t been relevant to pop culture in decades and nobody knew what his
politics were until Covid.

None of Michaels’ one note one hack sketches on SNL are defensible, so I
won’t bother. But politics has nothing to do with why one can’t defend
them.

But let’s say Rob is right, that SNL has grown too bitter and too
divisively partisan. He appeared on Beck’s bitter and divisively partisan
show to speak about the evils of bitter and divisive partisanship. So f*ck
him.
