Just checked my Kabletown EPG - Eagles/Texans is still slotted for 
broadcast on FOX29, and the World Series game doesn't appear anywhere on 
the schedule, so either they're still working out the details, Comcast 
hasn't updated the EPG, or Phillies fans are just going to have to cram 
into the Wells Fargo Center and watch on closed circuit.
