When it was done in the past, it was before CBS and Viacom remerged, it was introduced as Colbert's twin from Pennsylvania, who was intimated as the Colbert on the Report and the segment was called "The Werd." The segment had the correct spelling and Colbert was very much not the Report character (the topic was the police murder in Tennessee, something that cutesy animation would not jibe with)--and do they cue the audience to boo whenever a picture of a MAGAt appears?
