My daughter chooses to believe the whole thing is an empty threat, like a liquor store that puts up a broken video camera in an attempt to deter shoplifting. I’m not convinced, but would like to start reading stories about how many subscribers in Peru (or wherever they have piloted this already) have been kicked off.
