For the regular weeknight syndicated version, the only way to officially do it is to get a streaming service that includes local channels. (People do unofficially post episodes to YouTube, but those may be of dubious quality and will be taken down as soon as Sony finds them.) For the tournaments that air in ABC prime-time, those are available on Hulu the next day.
