The little I’ve seen about consequences is that network TV will rely more
heavily on unscripted programming which wouldn’t be a surprise and wouldn’t
be that meaningful in the larger TV universe. Since streaming shows have
shorter seasons I assume they have enough stocked away for a year. I wonder
about the intersection of a possible shakeout of streaming services and a
strike that keeps them from launching new series or new seasons of current
series.
