Chris Neuman, to Kevin M, March 11th 2018:

Setting aside the issues at Fox News about this, most workplaces don’t ban
relationships between employees, and most only require notification if
there is a direct reporting relationship. Honestly, it sounds like what
happened in this case is pretty typical. That said, I don’t know Fox News
policy on any of this.

I'd like to make it clear I genuinely don't care about the age of the woman
he's having an affair with or even that he's getting a divorce. I only
share the link because this is another guy at FoxNews who has crossed a
line with a female employee. Yeah, she was by all accounts a willing
participant -- doesn't matter. FoxNews, a network that has paid out tens of
millions in settlements because of males in power who abused their power,
is still letting this happen. The memo doesn't need to be lengthy:

"To all FoxNews men: Do not touch any woman who works at FoxNews."

Surely, some sort of independent investigation needs to occur there,
because the problem continues.
