Jay Penske's company is puzzling... they own Variety and Hollywood Reporter, for which they only charge for "VIP" memberships and/or their print versions, and Deadline, at which I haven't found much of anything for a fee (also true of SheKnows, primarily aimed at young parents, but with lots of *People*-ish showbiz content), yet they also own RS and Billboard, who are a lot more strict with the $ub$criptions...
