A California judge has ruled that the Mouse must appear for a class action 
suit regarding its majority ownership of Hulu (in particular, Hulu + Live 
TV) and ESPN (for years the highest cable system subscriber fees in the 
business)--the suit that it forces the systems, cable, satellite and 
streaming, to charge inflated prices to the consumers as a result of those 
high subscriber fees--the plaintiffs say this is an antitrust matter and 
are claiming damages, relief and compensation for overpayment to Google's 
YouTube Live in particular:
