In an era where 10M+ audiences on linear television are rare, over 14M 
viewers watched "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" in its multi-hour run 
over prime time and late-night last year, meaning that ABC and dick clark 
productions have signed for five more years, taking it to the end of this 
decade (and assuming that it will move to Disney+ and/or Hulu if linear
