I’m not sure how long Costner was expected to sit around waiting. The show’s producers had shifted focus to all the other shows they were making to try to capitalize off the success of Yellowstone, ignoring the flagship show in the process. A two year delay to finish a season is unreasonable. Costner was right to move forward.
