(I'll have to record the episode, my first time to see the show, just as I had to watch for the first time *The Masked Singer* earlier this year. Because I'll be at the musical *Back to* *the Future* that evening.) About *Smash* -- I'm not impressed by what I've read about the Broadway version. All of the music from the series is on my household playlist. Kudos to the entire *Smash* cast for taking part in the Broadway tribute to the series several years ago where I was fortunate to get a last minute ticket. I've now seen both Hilty and McPhee in concert -- separately (McPhee tours with her husband). Hilty will be back on Broadway in the fall in *Death Becomes Her*, I believe. And, speaking of *Smash* cast members, who knew that our ex-president was obsessed with Debra Messing? It's in Ramin Setoodeh's book, *Apprentice in Wonderland*.
