Chicago Sports Network, the joint venture between the White Sox, Bulls and
Blackhawks and Standard Media that is replacing NBC Sports Chicago (which
goes off after the Sox end their season on Sept. 30), will be primarily
distributed through the subchannels of WJYS, a religious station licensed
to Hammond in Northwest Indiana and based in south suburban Tinley Park,
but with a transmitter on the Willis Tower--right now, the only cable or
satellite system they've signed to for their Oct. 1 launch is DirecTV--they
are planning to offer streaming in the future:

When CSN programming isn't on, the WJYS subchannels will continue to air
Jewelry TV and QVC--since those channels are directly on Comcast, the
Chicago area's biggest cable system, they aren't carried as WJYS
subchannels.
