Channel 4 tried something similar with the UK election earlier in the year.
While Stormy Daniels seems irrelevant, and some of the other names are
general "for hire" names, it'll be interesting to see how the CNN
relationship works. Boris Johnson has a book to plug but I'm not sure what
insight he can honestly bring.

And the time difference means an awful lot of filler chat will be needed
before the first polls close. That's when audiences will be largest and
most of these folk will appear.

I notice James Carville is named and he's also named as a guest on Brian
Williams' Amazon show (which I assume will stream globally). But then these
guys sit in a studio and can beam in from wherever.

In the end, more people will watch the BBC's coverage in the UK. I'll
likely watch CNN or whatever coverage international CNBC shows (NBC or
MSNBC I suspect). Sky and ITV will also have coverage - Sky can
theoretically lean into sister company NBC's resources. The BBC has a deal
with CBS for sharing news so will probably rely on their election room
experts and mirror their calling of states.
