Nice story, especially the way Grammer phrased it: “I know how actors
think…”.

It seems to me the gift here was Grammer giving reassurance to an actor at
a difficult and vulnerable time in their life, and I applaud his
thoughtfulness. But actually not firing her for having breast cancer or
surgery can’t be something to applaud him for. Are there examples, even in
horrible Hollywood, of that happening? Could that possibly be legal?
