The only new scripted show for mid-season at the Alphabet is the latest
sitcom from Allen just in time for the second Trump administration. In
"Shifting Gears," he plays a car restorer (rum rum rum rum!) who has to
endure his libtard daughter and her kids moving in (Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
starting Jan. 8 with "Abbott Elementary," "Celebrity Jeopardy!" and "What
Would You Do?").

The rest are a reboot of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (Thursdays at 8
p.m. starting Jan. 2), followed by season 2 of Hulu's "Only Murders in the
Building") and two Hulu unscripteds, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives"
(Mondays at 10 p.m. starting Jan. 27) and "Perfect Wife: The Mysterious
Disappearance of Sherri Papini" (Thursdays at 10 p.m. starting Jan. 30,
preceded by the true crimer "Scamada," delayed from the fall by the
decision to simulcast the whole Monday Night Football season). "Will
Trent," "The Rookie," "The Bachelor," "Idol" and "Pyramid" will also
return, with NBA on Saturdays--the whole story:

Still on the hook are the last season of "The Conners," Pat Sajak's
this-time-he-means-it farewell from "Celebrity Wheel" and "Press Your Luck"
(the latter two also delayed by the MNF decision).
