Yeah, this technology is proceeding at a pace faster than the industry can
regulate (or even explain in lay terms). Nobody saw things escalating so
far so fast, not the studios and not the companies developing the AI tech.

What is clear is the amount of content theft and copyright infringement is
egregious, and when the dust settles, these companies will owe billions in
back-compensation. Unfortunately, it could be decades before the dust
settles.
