Founded by Comcast with PBS (that network's only cable channel), Sesame 
Workshop and HIT Entertainment ("Bob the Builder") as PBS Kids Sprout, the 
original partners all dropped out in 2013 as PBS reopened PBS Kids as a 
digital subchannel, it was renamed Universal Kids in 2017 and has not 
produced any new original programs since 2019--it was not included in the 
list of holdings going to "SpinCo," so no big surprise--last day onair is 
Mar. 6:
