It seems like a TV streamer is a service not a good, but I guess you could think of the actual program, like on a DVD, as a good. In any case TV does not seem to be on Canada’s list of retaliatory tariffs.
Where I live, we are most interested in what will happen to US alcohol, especially Napa Valley wine.
