At least some credit, or blame, for that can go to In Living Colour.
At this point, though, I think some streamer, whether it's one of the services 
or somebody live on YouTube or Twitch, could try and do something during the 
halftime show to boost their numbers.  Assuming they haven't already.
There's always Puppy Bowl.
