There's also an upcoming spin-off series called The War Between the Land and the Sea which doesn't feature the Doctor, but has UNIT. It's due either later this year or early next year, and also falls under the BBC/Disney agreement. (There's also CBeebies pre-school kids' series said to be coming too).
I'm sure the BBC will continue Doctor Who, but it will be a question of budgets and scale.
