William Cooper is the name your thinking of.
Cooper was ambushed and killed at his home November 5th 2001.
H.O.T.T. was briefly on Becker network via Spacenet 2, channel 7, 5.5 &
7.5 then was on Lets Talk Radio Network via Spacenet 3, channel 21, 5.8
for awhile, Omega radio network galaxy 6 transponder 14, 7.5 and Eagle
radio network for awhile, Tech Talk Network on Telstar 302, transponder
21, 5.8 and lastly ran his own nework Worldwide Freedom Network on GE-1,
transponder 7, 7.5 for a year.
