Winds are still to strong at the Vandenberg launch pad prohibiting tower
roll back with gusts over the 29 knot limit. Mission managers opted to
try again Friday morning at the same scheduled liftoff time of 6:22 a.m.
EDT. The weather forcast was for lower winds Friday morning(but they
said the same for thursday, we will see)
