Well Friday the 13th turned out to be unlucky day for the launch of
NOAA-N. A water pump failed and a electrical problem cropped up at the
launch pad water deluge pump house that would take to much time to fix
in order to start filling the first stage with liquid oxygen and
complete the final hour of the countdown activities.
So Launch Managers called a scrub going for a 24 hour scrub turn around
for Saturday morning @6:22 a.m EDT.
