Hey my DISH 811's are working fine. I picked up the system a week ago so that I could get the old VOOM HD channels from 61.5 West. Reading between the lines, you guys have been getting the DISH Nagravision 1 "discount" signals. I didn't have that option with HD, so I immediately signed up for Nagravision 2.
As you know, DISH's basic package picks up it's signals from 110 and 119 W on one small dish. In my part of Mexico we have to have to use two antennas about 1.1 and 1.4 meters in diameter and an sw 21 switch just for the basic package, or a three way switch, I think called a DP 34 if you want to add an even larger dish for the HD signals on Rainbow at 61.5 W My roof is going to look like an antenna farm.. One (E75) parabolic dish for Star Choices 107.3 and 111.1 birds (about 95cm) the three mentioned above for DISH and of course my 12 foot BUD PLEASE understand that all of these small dishes are on the "roof of my Motor home" and that I usually watch my Star Choice at my home in Canada, or was that?, I usually watch my DISH programming at my home in the States. I get confused. I certainly don't want to break any FCC or CRTC rules. I can't remember what I am supposed to say about where my C band dish is.
