I have never posted any findings in a public forum myself; however, since TLC is a subscription channel that is available, then those who are legitimately receiving it should be able to do so whether it is encrypted or not. Now, mapping the channel to 4DTV is another thing altogether. Unfortunately, I too, have seen some good finds become encrypted because someone decided to post their findings to Lyngsat.
