Well the broadcast never showed up on transponder 7 analog so with a
little searching found it in MPEG2 on 3826 V SR: 6111 VPID: 2160 APID: 2120
Right now the launch is on hold due to a launch platform issue, the
count went down to 15 seconds before going into the red.
