Tonight a Russian Soyuz rocket will be launching Galaxy 14 for PanAmSat from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 7:28 p.m. EDT.
Galaxy 14 Built by Orbital Sciences, is a all C-Band satellite to be put into service at 125 degrees West replacing Galaxy 12.
