PanAmSat to Bring Brazil's Grand Prix to Europe on Newly Authorized PAS-3R Capacity

A PASport services transmitted event, the September 23-25 international car race will reach Europe by uplinking in South America in C-band and downlinking in Germany in Ku-band. "The recent authorization of PAS-3R cross-strap capacity in Brazil has maximized the use of this premium video satellite.
