Has anyone else noticed that MSNBC on GI, 10 has nothing but pink noise for
audio? I've noticed the audio quality declining for the past week or more, and
now I can't even raise an audio carrier when scanning through the subs, let
alone in VCII.
Other transponders seem fine, though the even numbered transponders on
this bird seem weaker than the odds. Polarity peaking brings no difference.
