Had a similar situation a few years back. I just cut the pole to the length I needed removed the dish & transported on the back of a pickup. Don't take anything apart from the dish just remove from pole, dig your hole & cement pole making sure everything is plumb then put the dish back on & rotate till you get a good picture. You can get any wires you need from Home Depot or anyplace that sells antenna equipment. Since you want to run mpeg also you will need another run of rg6 for that lnb. Good Luck.
