Turner Extends SNG Distribution Deal with SES AMERICOM

CNN Taps Satellite News Gathering Platform Aboard AMC-3 and AMC-5 Spacecraft

PRINCETON, N.J. -- February 6, 2006 - Extending a long-term relationship
with a true innovator in the world of television, SES AMERICOM, an SES
GLOBAL company (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg stock exchanges: SESG),
today announced Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS) has signed a
multi-year agreement to continue providing satellite distribution
capacity for CNN news and special events programming.

The SES AMERICOM AMC-3 and AMC-5 spacecraft, along with their
predecessors, have distributed on-location and breaking news reports for
the news leader since 1994. In addition to SES AMERICOM's trusted
satellite news gathering (SNG) distribution services, CNN is tapping the
satellite operator's occasional booking services aboard SES AMERICOM's
"Always On" delivery platform. Quick and easy access to SES AMERICOM's
reliable occasional inventory enables TBS, Inc. and CNN to increase
satellite capacity for additional programming distribution on-the-fly,
whenever it's needed.

"Turner and CNN continue to inform and entertain growing audiences
across the U.S. and around the world with cutting-edge content delivered
around the clock," said Bryan McGuirk, president of media solutions for
SES AMERICOM. "The SES AMERICOM distribution platform stands ready to
deliver scheduled and unplanned programming anytime, anywhere. We are

innovator, which is a milestone in our 30-year tradition of quality,
reliable programming distribution."
