Launch window opens at 7:30 p.m. EDT. with a 34 minute window Spacecraft separation around 1 hour and 3 minutes after lift off above the East Coast of Africa. JCSAT-9 , is a A2100-AX model Lockheed Martin high-power hybrid satellite with C-band, Ku-band and S-band transponders. JCSAT-9 will be located at 132 degrees East Longitude.
