i think it is your lnb or dish alignment myself. if it still gives you
troubles to a master reset and reprogram the thing. don't forget to park it on
the right satellite and unplug it for an hour or two. not sure how to do the
master reset but there is a very good forum here:

there is a wealth of info here on how to do resets etc. but like i said
check your lnb etc first.
