System went out on analog and digital channels (nothing but snow is showing). Unplugged, did a soft reboot. Eventually, programming came back on. Rehits did not work before. Now out again same way. Rehits did not help. Big dish is moving with the main analog motorolla unit (motorolla replacement for old GI350) and changing analog channel O.K. Both receivers seem to be working fine, have access to all programming menus and can repeak dish with no problem. Original settings on sidecar as to initial set up menus still in place. Reluctant to do factory reset (please no!). I know how to get the secret diagnostic menus but they are hard to understand. I suspect Verizon may have sent a "bullet" through the phone line to disrupt my system, as they are coming out with their own cable programming over the phone lines. Does anyone have any info? If my dish or receiver units were broken, they should not have fixed themselves in a day or two. Also confirmed with NASA website no solar flares lately.
