The Pansat 2700b includes an encrypted interface (VIACESS) and includes all
what the 2700a (blind scan) has in it.

The ViewSat line seems to be faster in sat discovery. I have the Fortec
Ultra and the Pansat 2500 but both of them are slow... not sure about the
2700 though...
