There are multiple kinds of digital signals, and multiple kinds of
scrambling systems. CNN has chosen a system that is not compatible with
4DTV. In order for you to get CNN after they go digital someone would
have to re-uplink in 4DTV format for you to be able to subscribe. NPS
might be planning to do that, but Netlink probably is not.
