The 2nd paragraph above was your reply, not mine (misleveled quote).

Anyway, the power dividers are the "power passing on one port/DC block on 
the other" kind, sort of a combination of what I call a "Bias T" & 2-way 
signal splitter.  They were checked & are working fine, so the only DC 
applied to the switch is what's coming in from the receiver's LNB input.
