After 2 scrubs due to sea conditions, Wednesday morning (11-21), Sea 
Launch will try again to launch Thuraya-3 mobile communications 
satellite for Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company, based in the 
United Arab Emirates on a Zenit-3SL rocket from the Odyssey Launch 
Platform positioned on the equator in the Pacific Ocean.

Launch window opens at 10:37 a.m. EST.

Spacecraft separation around 1 hour 38 minutes  after lift off over the 
Pacific Ocean, north of New Zealand.

Galaxy 10R @ 123 degrees West, transponder 24 Ku band upper (12189 
Horizontal) DVB 4:2:0, SR: 13.021276

Test signals start at 9:15 a.m. EST.
Broadcast starts at 10:25 a.m. EST.
