I have been following this thread and have decided to add my two cents where my strength comes in . You do not need permission from any landlord to want and perform your exercise and right to install any dish you want . ----- Original Message ----- From: Stephen Smith<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, January 01, 2008 9:03 PM Subject: Re: [TVRO] Re: Is there a list of free channels on 4DTV?
Yep, I don't have a BUD anymore. Was living in an apartment. We just moved into a house and I'm waiting for permission from my new landlord right now to install another BUD I'm going to stick to something smaller than the 12 footer I used to have. I was thinking maybe a nice 6 to 8 - since they are everywhere for the taking. I'll put CBand, KU linear, and KU circular all on the same dish. Hope this will make it work well. Haven't quite figured out the details on getting them to work properly being off-center slightly, but I'm sure it won't matter much on that size for KU anyway. Will post all details later after I get this working correctly. I have a 31 inch for FTA Ku at the moment. No motor so it's alittle more difficult, but I have each sat marked on the mounting to make it a little easier to make changes as I need to.
