If you convert to cm this site will calculate focal length for you:

I've since sold my 5' dish but I drew it to scale on graph paper.
Once I knew the focal length I drew in the arms.  I measured and
scaled them up.  The key measurement is between the bends.  In my case
the arm mounted on the edge of the dish so it was easy.
