Don, you'll need a KU lnbf to use that device.  But if you get a c/ku feed 
horn, it will be easy.  And yes, that's about all you need to do.  Many news 
feeds are ITC and either analog or digital.  You can also get the CBand dvb 
digital with that defice.  Now, the only thing you have to make sure of is 
that is this thing for OTA broadcast or satellite dvb?  If for OTA, it won't 
do you a bit of good on satellite.  I use a USB device myself for DVB 
digital on sat.  It's not a Pinnacle though.  I picked one up on ebay for 
just a few dollars.  Mine is a Twinhan Vision Plus.  The only thing I don't 
like about it is that it doesn't have a blind scan feature in the software. 
If you pick up a cheap FTA receiver such as an older Pansat or Fortec 
Lifetime Ultra, both are excellent and have a little better sensitivity as 
well.  Both of those can be had for under a hundred on ebay used.  If it has 
had upgraded software in it, you can always download the factory files and 
reinstall them.
