This Morning (3-13) United Launch Alliance will be launching NROL-28 
(classified Payload) for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office. on a 
Atlas 5 rocket, designated AV-006 from Complex 3-East, Vandenberg Air 
Force Base, California.

Liftoff is targeted for 6:02 a.m. EDT.

This will be the inaugural launch of an Atlas 5 rocket from Vandenberg 
Air Force Base, delayed many times over the past couple years and 
recently by the concerns of the debris from the missle hit and 
destruction of NROL-21 that failed after launch from Vandenberg in 
December of 2006.

Satellite Broadcast Coordinates:
Galaxy 26 (T6) @ 93.0°W Transponder 9C (3880 V) Analog.

Broadcast starts approx. 5:40 a.m. EDT.
