[TVRO] Looking for the new HD MPEG-4 feed for The Weather Channel

Hello group,

I have been searching for the HD feed for TWC, but have come up empty.  
I know they are sending it, but I can not find it.

If anyone has seen it, or knows where to look, I would really 
appriciate a heads up.
